1. Collection and Retention of User Information

As a general rule, the Apps store data and records entered by users locally on the user's device.

If we intentionally transmit, collect, or store personal information or in-app records on external servers under our control, we will disclose the relevant information, purpose of use, storage practices, and other necessary details through this Policy, an in-app disclosure, or another appropriate method.

When an App uses services or SDKs provided by third parties, those third parties may collect or process information necessary to provide their services. Please refer to the relevant sections of this Policy and the privacy policies or other terms of the respective service providers for information regarding such processing.

2. Use of Location Information

Some Apps may, with the user's permission, access and process approximate or precise device location information in order to provide features that require location information.

When necessary to provide such features, an App may access location information in the background, including when the App is not visible on the screen, is closed, or is not in use.

Location information accessed through an App's location permissions is used to provide features that require location information. We do not use location information accessed through these permissions solely for advertising, marketing, tracking user behavior, or analytics.

Unless otherwise specifically disclosed, location information accessed through an App's location permissions is processed on the user's device and is not transmitted to or stored on external servers under our control. If an App provides a feature that transmits, stores, or shares location information externally, we will disclose the relevant information, purpose of use, recipients, and other necessary details through this Policy, an in-app disclosure, or another appropriate method.

Users may change or revoke location permissions at any time through their device's operating system settings. If location access is not permitted, some features that require location information may not be available.

3. Advertising and Use of Third-Party Modules

Some Apps that display advertising may use the third-party advertising service Google AdMob (Google LLC).

For purposes such as optimizing ad delivery, preventing fraud, measuring advertising performance, and other purposes specified by Google, third-party providers including Google AdMob may automatically collect or use Advertising IDs (including AAIDs), IP addresses, device information, and other information.

Such information is processed according to the policies of the respective third-party service providers rather than on servers under our control.

4. Consent Management (GDPR, CPRA, and Similar Requirements)

Some Apps that use advertising services may use the Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) SDK or similar mechanisms to present consent options or privacy choices to users in applicable regions, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and the State of California in the United States.

Users may change their consent selections or available privacy choices through consent management screens presented within an App or through settings provided by the operating system or relevant service provider, where such options are available.

5. Security of User Information

We endeavor to limit access to user information to what is necessary to provide the functions of the Apps and to avoid unnecessary access to or external transmission of user information.

Information stored on a user's device is handled using application storage areas, permission controls, and other mechanisms provided by the operating system, as appropriate.

When third-party services or SDKs are used, information is processed in accordance with the security measures, privacy policies, and other terms established by the respective service providers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on a user's device may be deleted by the user using features provided by the relevant App or by the device's operating system, where available.

The handling of data when an App is uninstalled, App data is cleared, or an in-app deletion feature is used may vary depending on the operating system, storage location, and specifications of the relevant App. Backups, exported data, or other files saved by the user in shared storage or other locations may need to be deleted separately by the user.

If we store user data on external servers under our control, we will disclose the applicable retention period and deletion method through this Policy, an in-app disclosure, or another appropriate method.

Information collected or stored by third-party services is subject to the retention and deletion practices described in the privacy policies or other terms of the respective service providers.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for disadvantages or damages arising from the use of the Apps. Please use the Apps with this understanding.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in applicable laws, platform policies, App specifications, third-party services used by the Apps, or other relevant circumstances.

If a material change is made, we may provide notice through this page, within the relevant App, or by another appropriate method where necessary.

The revised Privacy Policy will apply from the time it is posted on this page.
